The Inria headquarters are conveniently located just 20 minutes from the historical center of Versailles.
We have arranged shuttle services (every 15 - 30 minutes) for attendees traveling from Versailles to Inria headquarters and back. These shuttles will make stops at various locations throughout the town and will operate at different times during the day. This will provide you with easy access to the event venue. Please find the schedule here. There will be additional shuttles to the social event on the 8th November and there will also be a few shuttles from Paris (Charles de Gaulle Etoile) for arrival and final departure. Please note that arrival times will be updated with departure times from the station closer to the event date.

Social Events
At the end of the first day, a special social event will be held. Participants can enjoy networking and socialising in a relaxed atmosphere, connecting with fellow attendees and industry experts.
Day One Cocktail Reception directly following the last session (approx. 5:20) at Inria.
Day One Social Dinner (ticketed event) this follows the cocktail reception with a private event at the Musee du Domaine Royal de Marly. This will include private guided visits to the museum collections, a champagne reception and dinner.
Accessibility: The Inria headquarters is fully accessible to people with disabilities. Elevators and ramps are available for easy access to all areas of the venue.

To allow you the freedom of choice, no pre-reservation or room blocks have been done. Nonetheless, it's always nice to stay close by colleagues and in a place with a good reputation. The selected hotels are located near to Chateau de Versailles as well as the navette stops.
